Residenza Capri is a structure composed of modern and spacious apartments arranged on three levels and surrounded by lawn, palm trees and oleanders.
It is centrally located in the residential area of Villa Rosa. Nearby there are all kinds of shops and services, a 5-minute walk from the shopping center and about 2 km from the towns of Martinsicuro and Alba Adriatica.

It is about 250 meters from the sea and you will have 1 beach station included with 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds per apartment.
